Trish Lee is an Operating Partner at G Square. She is a Non-Executive Chair of Diagnostic Healthcare and Non-Executive Director of Keys Group (G Square portfolio companies).
Trish has an extensive career in the UK health and social care space and as a Chief Executive Officer has successfully led two private equity backed businesses: Keys Group and Embrace Group.
In her earlier career she held senior operations and board level leadership positions within the NHS and the UK’s largest trading healthcare charity, Nuffield Health including as managing director of its 31 hospitals. She originally started her career as a Registered General Nurse.
She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Greenwich University and a BA(Hons) in Social Science and Administration from the University of London. She is also a graduate of the NHS General Management Training Scheme.
