Neil, a Chartered Accountant, has extensive experience both as an executive Chief Financial Officer and Non-executive Director in a wide range of global consumer-facing and healthcare businesses. He has held senior board positions in a number of large international PLCs including as Group Finance Director, Non-executive Director and Audit Committee Chair.
Neil has also operated as Chief Financial Officer at several high growth Private Equity backed groups where he led multiple refinancings, restructures, M&A transactions and successful investor exits.
