Nazia has overall responsibility for all matters relating to operations of the firm and including accounting, financial control, taxation, fund administration and reporting and regulatory compliance for the G Square group entities and Funds.
A highly experienced private equity finance and administration executive with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. She served as Senior Associate at State Street Global Services for several years prior to joining G Square in 2017. Her responsibilities included the reporting and administration of various managed various private equity funds. Prior to joining G Square, she worked within the finance functions of various firms.
Nazia earned a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Fellow member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.
