Prior to joining G Square in 2023, Maxim was a Senior Associate at 3i in Amsterdam, where he was part of the Business & Tech Services team focusing on the Benelux region. Maxim focused on deal sourcing as well as platform and portfolio execution. Prior to 3i, Maxim worked at Apax Partners in France as both an Associate and Senior Associate in the Business Services & Healthcare investment team with a more generalist focus to develop all sectors in the Benelux region. Prior to Apax Partners, Maxim worked in the investment banking division of ABN AMRO as an Analyst focusing on large corporates in the Benelux.
Maxim has an MSc in Financial Management from Vlerick Business School, an MSc in European Business Management from Audencia Business School and Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from UC Leuven.
