Prior to joining G Square in 2022, Lucia was an Analyst at Infusive Asset Management in the UK for three years. She worked on building the company’s ESG policy and implementing its initiatives. She was also responsible for preparing monthly reports and ad-hoc portfolio analysis for clients.
Lucia holds a BSc in International Economics and Finance from Università Bocconi in Milan, Italy.
