Prior to joining G Square in 2020, Loic worked as an Associate at CapVest in London, where he participated in sourcing, evaluating, and structuring of private equity investments in the consumer, healthcare and business services industries across Europe and North America. Prior to that, he worked for over two years as a Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst at Robert W. Baird & Co. in London, where he advised clients on sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions across several industries.
Loic holds Masters in Management (Grande Ecole Program) from Grenoble Graduate School of Business, and a DUT in Business Techniques from University Paris XI.
