Prior to joining G Square in 2026, Javier was a Private Equity Associate at Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) in London, where he was part of the Strategic Equity team investing in large-cap equity investments across the technology and healthcare sectors in Europe and North America.
Prior to joining ICG, Javier spent four years in the Investment Banking division of UBS in London, focusing on M&A and financing transactions primarily across the TMT sector.
Javier graduated from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) with a Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration.
