Prior to joining G Square in 2026, Francesco worked at Five Arrows, the private equity division of Rothschild & Co, focusing on software and healthcare transactions across Europe and the US. Before that, he started his career at ARCHIMED, where he was involved in sourcing, portfolio management and deals across the healthcare sector. Francesco has a scientific background, practiced as a medical doctor and took part in immuno-oncology research projects.
Francesco holds a Medical Degree from the University of Perugia.
