Prior to joining G Square in 2024, Firas served as an Associate in the Direct Private Equity team of CPP Investments (CPPIB) in London, focusing on large-cap investments and portfolio execution, primarily in co-control structures across sectors such as Industrials and Business Services.
Prior to that, Firas spent over 4 years at Credit Suisse as an Analyst and later as an Associate in the Investment Banking and Capital Markets division, advising on M&A, leveraged finance, and capital raising transactions within the Industrials sector.
Firas holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering from Centrale Paris.
