Prior to joining G Square in 2025, Fiammetta was a Senior Associate at Apax Partners, where she was part of the healthcare team focusing on Europe and the US. Fiammetta was involved in deal sourcing as well as platform and portfolio execution. Before Apax, Fiammetta worked in the investment banking division of Bank of America where she focused on healthcare in Europe, advising clients on M&A and financing transactions.
Fiammetta holds a MSc in Finance from HEC Paris and a BSc in Economics and Finance from Bocconi University.
