Denteam, formerly known as CDC Group BV, (the “Company”, or the “Group” is headquartered in Best (the Netherlands) and provides both complex and general dental treatments and care. Its complex dentistry business specialises in the construction, placement and maintenance of dental prosthesis in two facilities (including 16 non-anaesthetic and four anaesthetic treatment rooms), attracting patients from all across the Netherlands. The company’s general dentistry division was formed following the acquisition of RDW which comprised of 8 clinics in the Northern part of the Netherlands. Subsequently, the company acquired 18 additional clinics and 2 dental lab.
