CLAI is the ambient scribe built for the NHS. Ambient Voice Technology (AVT) solutions are being widely adopted by healthcare services due to their ability to significantly reduce manual data entry and give clinicians back valuable time that can be better spent on patient care. CLAI is a simple way to transcribe letters, generate clinical coding and automate follow up orders demonstrating up to 30% reduction in administration.

The addition of CLAI strengthens Mayden’s mission to transform health and care by expanding their digital offering, helping to free up capacity for clinicians whilst enabling better outcomes for the people they support.
