The Keys Group are supporting Alcohol Awareness week 2017. In order to raise awareness within homes and schools, they have been doing specialised alcohol training with all staff led by Fran Gracie – Substance Misuse Operations Manager for the Keys Group.
Staff pictured here are having training on the impact of parental substance use on children and young people, this took place in the Buckinghamshire region. Staff were given the Alcohol Concern ‘re- think your drink’ scratch cards to understand safer drinking limits.
All the young people within the homes and schools throughout the UK have been having group and 1:1 discussions about the dangers and impact of alcohol. Some of the young people have made posters that have been displayed in the homes.
